Three months ago my husband purchased a new phone and called to have it activated.Instead of activating it (we already had a service plan and line) they opened up a new account. I read and found out why my service is so slow between 4:30 - 9:00 pm, T Mobile reduces your connection speed of Family mobile between peak hours, that allows regular T Mobile customers uninterrupted fast service during that time at the expense of family Mobile users. I have only delt with this company for 3 months now and I am canceling my service.The first mth my bill was $60 for one line of service I thought my bill was high but figured it was just a pro-rated bill. The only other option is to send a written letter to Family Mobile. They are scamming people with their advertisement and you can't speak to a live person to straighten this mess out. DO NOT USE THIS PHONE SERVICE. If you pay the amount they are scamming from you just to get rid of them, they will reactivate your service. They are also double billing. If you already have walmart family mobile stop the autopay and just pay month by month. Let your bank know as well. My account was cancelled in january yet they charged me for february and march and refuse to cancel my service. They said i have to do it after this billin cycle. Worst cell company ever!!! The service is horrible, they raise your bill by a nickel every so often without taxes being increased, and whenyou switch services they charge you for 2 months. Way to get over on the working man!!!
